"PHP Web Security Monitor" is designed to protect Internet sites created with PHP from malicious queries from hackers and Web viruses. It filters common PHP variables via prepared security patterns and compares (unprotected) input variables against patterns of dangerous data, such as SQL injection, XSS injection, and PHP code compromising.
Kalyp is a fantasy-based roguelike game written in Java. Its design is based on traditions set by popular roguelike games, especially Nethack. It is single player and runs in a text terminal. The project focuses mostly on the Artificial Intelligence engine for the non-player characters. Most of the game design will be done in scripting, as the core engine written in Java will handle user interface, rulesets, basic actions, and try to hold it all together.
RIB is a software package for creating WWW metadata repositories. Metadata, from RIB's perspective, is information that describes reusable objects, such as software. RIB allows the user to enter metadata into a Java applet, which then sends the information to an RIB server via HTTP. The information is then stored in an SQL database, where it is automatically made available in a fully functional Web site (catalog, search page, etc). Repositories that use similar data models can use the XML processing capabilities to share information via the Internet.
cstor is a cross-reference compiler and reverse engineering tool. It compiles one text file (database) from multiple source modules (currently reads C, C++, and Perl). The tool combines reverse engineering capabilities, code validation, and an HTML documentation generator. The database can then be reused from own scripts and programs, e.g. to implement cross-compilers, validate coding conventions, build statistics etc. The builtin documentation generators are actually an application of the database.
SAOTrace is a suite of software designed to simulate the as-built performance of grazing-angle X-ray optics using the ray-tracing approach. It is derived from portions of the NASA OSAC (Optical Surface Analysis Code) software suite. It can model nested conical as well as flat optical designs, and includes the ability to model arbitrary support structures and baffles. It can model non-ideal multi-layer reflective coatings as well as scattering from the optical surfaces.
