CRM114 is a Controllable Regex Mutilator and Smart Filter, designed for easy creation of filters for things like incoming email redirection, spam filtering, system logs, or monitoring processes. Filtering rules can be either hard-coded (such as regexes), soft-coded (calculated at runtime or read from an external file or process), or learned dynamically by phrase matching (as in Bayesian filtering, Markovian matching, Winnowing, or Hyperspatial classification). This makes it possible to create very accurate filters with very little actual work. Accuracies over 99.9% are achievable.
Nasal (Not another scripting language) is a small, simple, yet full-featured language designed as extension language in situations where larger languages are simply to large or unwieldy to embed. It supports OOP syntax and functional programming, works on the traditional data realm of strings, vectors, and hashes, and does it all in less than 100k of ANSI C. Please note that this is not the NASL extension language from the Nessus project.
AgileGallery is a photo gallery that processes the XML output from Picasa, generates paging and thumbnails, and displays the full sized photos along with any captions entered in Picasa. AgileGallery presently comes in two flavors: one that uses AJAX for the interface and one that uses Flash. AgileGallery does not require any server-side technology to generate photo galleries.
Amber for Parrot is an object-oriented scripting language for the Parrot virtual machine. It combines the traditional advantages of scripting languages with support for software correctness and large-scale software engineering. Amber for Parrot has syntax and semantics somewhere between those of Eiffel and Ruby.
tag-not-ed is a system that allows you to create and manage text documents by attaching tags to them. Later, documents can be retrieved by running queries on those tags (e.g., "show me all docs that deal with 'dogs' and 'cats'"). It is composed of a front-end (currently a mode for the jed text editor) and an indexer. The latter can be used to implement a rudimentary "tagging file system".
Pike ScriptRunner allows you to run scripts written in Pike under any FastCGI-enabled Web server. It provides request parsing and I/O handling, enabling you to get right to the task of writing your code. It is a dynamic object-oriented language with a C-like syntax and a number of features that make it desirable for rapid prototyping and deployment of Web applications.
