Gallery.py makes picture galleries consisting of an index page with thumbnails linking to pages with resized pictures. The picture pages include a navigation bar and a simple GUI and picture comments saved in an XML file. Date information is extracted from the pictures if available. Possible comments include 'date', 'where', 'who', and 'what'. The script is very well suited for cron operation on a hierarchy of directories using the --recursive option.
Gimp Gallery is a program to create static HTML Web galleries from a directory of images. It is a gimp plugin that offers both batch and interactive modes. In the interactive mode, it will display each picture, allowing you to rotate/crop/filter/caption/etc. images before including them in the gallery, leaving your originals untouched. Templating is done via a custom Perl function, allowing you full control over the produced HTML.
The Monkey Boy Graph is a Java class that accepts arrays of data and creates graphs to represent the data. It can create many different types of graphs, including pie, line, 3d bar, bar, and scatterplots. The graphs are saved as JPEG images. Lots of customization options are available, including font types, sizes, and colors.
white_dune is a graphical VRML97/X3DV editor, simple NURBS/Superformula 3D modeller, animation tool, and VRML97/X3DV commandline compiler in development. VRML97 (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) is the ISO standard for displaying 3D data over the Web via browser plugins ("HTML for realtime 3D"). X3DV is the direct successor of VRML97. VRML97 and X3DV have support for animation, real-time interaction, and multimedia (images, movies, and sounds). white_dune can read, create, and display VRML97/X3DV files and let the user change the scenegraph/fields. It also has support for stereoscopic view via "quadbuffer"-capable stereo visuals, and support for 3D input devices like a joystick, spaceball, or magnetic tracker.

PHP Digicam Database is a suite of scripts that help you place large quantities of pictures on the Web in a categorized and organized fashion. It is especially useful for pictures taken on a digital camera, and is meant to be a "digital camera direct to Web" piece of software. It automatically creates thumbnails and scaled-down images and can automatically rotate pictures for you. It uses PHP, MySQL, and ImageMagick.
