ImageVis3D is a volume rendering application specifically designed to render large data sets. This is achieved by splitting the data set into multiple levels of detail (LoD), with each level itself decomposed into multiple bricks (atomic rendering primitives). Interaction occurs at the coarsest LoD, which can be rendered instantaneously on almost all modern systems. After a configurable delay, ImageVis3D will successively render finer levels of detail, until the data are visible at their native resolution. Volume rendering, as the name implies, is a technique for rendering scalar volumes of data. The rendering method allows one to see "inside" a data set, allowing the user to understand the inner three-dimensional structure of the data.

It works in environments such as GNOME, KDE, and XFCE. Kittens is also ideal for managing applications without having to use a mouse.
ArahPaint4 is a raster based paint program for drawing images in repeat, mainly for textiles. It includes a graphical image browser, works well on large images, allows limited image palettes, and supports drawing with non-square pixels. It is used in industry by over 300 textile mills, schools, and designers.
HantekDSO is USB oscilloscope software for Hantek/Voltcraft/Darkwire/Protek/Acetech/etc. DSO-2090/2150/2250/5200A/etc. oscilloscopes. It is based on the libusb and Qt/OpenGL libraries. The project includes a firmware extraction utility and udev rules file for loading firmware under Linux/Unix.
Source-highlight-qt is a library for performing syntax highlighting in Qt documents by relying on the GNU Source-Highlight library. It provides an implementation of the Qt abstract class QSyntaxHighlighter class, and it deals both with Qt3 and Qt4, although you will need to build a separate version of the library for the two different Qt framework versions. The Qt3 version has fewer features and it is there only for old Qt applications. Furthermore, the QSyntaxHighlighter class in Qt3 has some design problems which make it quite inefficient to use.
W-Meter is a tool for testing the conformance and evaluating the performance of 802.11 products. The tool is meant for injecting arbitrary frames to test the conformance of any wifi product. The tool has templates for generating various kinds of frames which can be customized for generation of specific frames. The tool can be used to elicit responses from other wifi cards to check the conformance of the card to the protocol. At present, 802.11g frames are completed.
