GnuDialer is a predictive dialer for contact centers. GnuDialer currently supports inbound, outbound, open/closer, and auto campaigns. It has a multi-process object oriented design and uses the Asterisk PBX. Gnudialer is separate from any agent interface or CRM, but does include a capable (Java-based) CRM application that uses Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla.
ADM (Asterisk Desktop Manager) aims to integrate your desktop with the Asterisk PBX and hardware IP phone by providing some useful features such as automatic on-call volume reduction, one click dialing (from the clipboard), CRM integration via a browser popup, BlueTooth presence detection and automatic call redirection when you walk out of the office, and transfer of the current call from the desktop.
astfax allows you to create an email to fax gateway. It processes incoming email messages with attached fax images and sends them out via the txfax module. Asterisk's outgoing call queue is used to initiate the fax call and transfer. The call file generated for the outgoing call queue is in template form, and can easily be updated for any system's configuration. It can be used (for example) with qmail, asterisk, spandsp, and eps to create an email/fax gateway.
Flash Operator Panel displays information about your Asterisk PBX activity in real time via a standard Web browser with the Flash plugin. The display and button layout is configurable, so you can have more than 100 buttons on the screen at once. It also supports contexts: you can have one server running and many different client displays (for hosted PBX, different departments, etc). It can monitor several asterisk servers at once. It can integrate with CRM software, by popping up a Web page (and passing the CLID) when a specified button is ringing. It also can be used to enable click-to-dial for Web-based applications.
