IPFC is software and a framework to monitor multiple types of agents in a heterogeneous distributed environment. Agents can implement logging of elements as diverse as packet filters (like netfilter, pf, ipfw, IP Filter, checkpoint FW1, etc.), NIDS (Snort, arpwatch, etc.), Web servers, and other general devices (from syslog-servers to embedded devices). It features log collection for different security "agents", dynamic log correlation possibilities, and easy extensibility due to the generic database and XML message formats used.
GnuPG Made Easy (GPGME) is a library designed to make access to GnuPG easier for applications. It provides a high-level cryptography API for encryption, decryption, signing, signature verification, and key management. It currently uses GnuPG as its backend, but the API is not restricted to this engine. In fact, support for other backends is planned.
The Interreality project is a collection of Open Source, Free Software projects based on the Virtual Object System (VOS) platform. The goal is to develop a free and open platform for multi-user 3D virtual reality games, applications, and interactive, collaborative 3D virtual spaces. VOS is a powerful and generic network object framework designed to support a variety of high-performance applications. It is the basis for Ter'Angreal, a general-purpose browser application for entering and participating in 3D worlds.
pgpmoose is a program that cancels invald messages from moderated Usenet groups. All messages to a specific group are assumed to have a PGP signature added at injection by the newsgroup moderator; if no such signature exists, or if the signature is invalid for the stated moderator of the group, then the message is assumed to be invalid. This program takes care of actually issuing the cancels for those messages.
BSD Vacation v2 is a rewrite of the 'vacation' program that has come with Sendmail (and thus *BSD) since about 1983. This version has been almost completely rewritten in an attempt to get it closer to RFC-2822 compliance than any previous version. It properly responds to the correct recipients, as per the RFC, and it correctly handles multi-line headers. The command-line interface is compatible with previous versions, and most recent add-on features from the various *BSD projects have been implemented, such as support for preloading the recent recipients database.
The GOBLIN project consists of a C++ class library for a large series of graph optimization problems, GOSH, an extension of the Tcl/Tk scripting language to graph objects, and GOBLET, a graphical user interface to the library functions. GOBLET includes a graph editor and supports the standard graph layout methods.
