wmJupiter is a Window Maker applet which features the planet Jupiter. It allows you to keep track of the Great Red Spot and the current distance in astronomical units (AE). The four Gallileo moons (Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Calisto) are also displayed when they are near the planet.
wmnetload is a network interface monitor dockapp for Window Maker. It is designed to fit well with dockapps like wmcpuload and wmmemmon. It tracks whether the interface is functioning and displays current network interface throughput, along with an auto-scaling graph of recent network activity (the graph separates upstream and downstream traffic load cleanly without resorting to colors).
Ticker.app is just like a ticker, and is designed in the dockapp that is supported by X window managers such as Window Maker, AfterStep, BlackBox, and Enlightenment. It reads a file that is specified by the command line, and displays each line in a viewing area periodically. It rereads automatically when the file has been modified. If you run in a tail-mode, it ticks only the last line.
WMCPULoad is a program to monitor CPU usage. It is a dockapp that is supported by X window managers such as Window Maker, AfterStep, BlackBox, and Enlightenment. It dispalys the current usage, expressed as a percentile and a chart, and has an LCD look-alike user interface. The back light may be turned on/off by clicking the mouse button over the application. If the CPU usage hits a certain threshold, an alarm-mode will alert you by turning the back light on.
Genmenu can generate menus for Blackbox, Fluxbox, Openbox, Window Maker, and Enlightenment based on the program binaries found installed on a system. The list of programs to search for are contained within the script. Users can, to a limited degree, customize their menus via a set of interactive questions.
