DICElib is an effort to ease the use of clusters to drive applications that need constant synchrony, such as graphical applications, CAVE systems, etc. The library's main features are synchronization, shared memory (which can be synchronous or asynchronous), transparent functions (the same function may do different things in different clients), and use of sockets and TCP/IP.
libGlass is a scalable set of components that can be used by applications to perform distributed computing. Applications are built by reusing the available components as needed. One of the major goals of Glass is to be a user-friendly framework, not only suitable for new applications, but also for legacy code. This is an important feature, as most available solutions for distributed computing require a substantial amount of rewrite of legacy code.
oauth-php is a PHP library for OAuth consumers and servers. It has an extensible OAuth store, including a full working implementation of a MySQL store. The library implements methods to: verify incoming requests against the library; to sign outgoing requests, with curl support for actually doing the request; to sign requests with a body; to administrate consumer keys and tokens for multiple users (server and consumer side); and to log incoming and outgoing requests handled by the library (optionally in the database).
