Crafty Syntax Live Help is a live help support chat system that allows the operators of Web sites to monitor their visitors as they are browsing the site and proactively open a chat session with them. It can use either a MySQL database or a text-based database and features chat notification, notifications when the user is typing a message, multiple chat sessions, referer tracking, page view tracking, and multiple operators.
