RACE (Remote Administration in distributed Computing Environments) is a library framework (and will be a set of applications) to aid the system administrator in deploying software and configuration updates to a large number of client computers. The administrator can easily treat intercommunities and respect differences between the individual computers. RACE uses RPM for package management, but it is designed to be easily extended for other package managers.

You mean I should stop using software from the U.S. and quit my job at an American company in return, just because I disagree with the politics of your government? I mean it's not as if you were funding the German state by downloading it for free.
While you're at it, you might stop using Star-/Open Office as well - it's originally from a German company, IIRC it's still maintained by mainly German people and if that doesn't make it kind of dirty, I don't know what else.
Oh, and I prefer PostgreSQL as well, but for entirely different reasons.
