rpm2rss is an RSS feed generator for a set of RPM files, designed to be run under cron control. It extracts header information from the RPMs to set all of the appropriate RSS tags for a release. The goal is to make it easy to provide interested parties a way of keeping tabs on what new packages you have released, without having to manually wander through your site.
Event Calendar started as a replacement for an antiquated script to generate meeting invites with attached ical. It has since grown to be a full fledged event calendar system for public events. Important to Event Calendar is the theory of multiple interfaces, where any data in the system should be accessible in a multitude of ways. For events, this means via nice HTML, iCal, XML, and JSON. Event Calendar also includes integration with Google Maps for directions to event locations.
OpenCD Redux is fork of the OpenDisc project that aims to provide a large set of quality open source applications for Windows users. It is actually a build tree designed to make it easy to create your own branded versions of the CD, for give-aways to schools, businesses, or other local community groups. It also aims to always fit on a CD, given their ubiquity with all computer users.
